Vegan Banana Bread

Easy banana bread for vegans recipe with apple and vanilla




  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the loaf to a wire rack to finish cooling.
