Banana Bread with Coconut Pudding

Quick banana bread is ready in an hour. Recipe features ripe bananas cinnamon, walnuts and instant coconut cream pudding

 

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Beat sugar and vegetable oil in mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs and bananas and beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nuts, and instant coconut cream pudding.
  5. Divide batter into 3 bread pans.
  6. Bake 45-50 minutes.
