Blueberry Banana Bread


Banana Blueberry Bread Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Butter bottom of 9 x 5” bread loaf pan.
  3. Add bisquick, quick cooking oats, sugar, mashed bananas, milk, and eggs to large bowl.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Fold in blueberries.
  6. Pour bread batter into prepared pan.
  7. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from oven, leave in loaf pan, and cool 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan and cool completely, before slicing.
  10. Wrap tightly and store at room temperature up to 4 days, or refrigerate up to 10 days.
