Banana Butterscotch Bread

Butterscotch chips and brown sugar highlight this quick and easy bread that everyone loves

 

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Add butter and sugar to mixing bowl. Use hand mixer to cream.
  3. Gradually stir in eggs, followed by bananas and vanilla extract.
  4. Sift all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into banana mixture.
  6. Add butterscotch chips.
  7. Pour bread mixture into buttered bread loaf pan.
  8. Bake 50-60 minutes.
  9. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert, remove loaf, and cool completely.
